I know I’m biased, but I think I have the best partners in the biz! I’m so proud to work with the brands below and stand behind the companies and their products. All of these brands also have chosen to stand behind me, and when you support them you support me. So thank you!

lululemon

lululemon is a challenger brand in the run space and when I became a free agent at the end of 2020 lululemon was at the top of my list of dream brands to work with. When I found out they were breaking into run and needed a runner to champion their efforts, it was a match made in heaven.

Here’s my favorite lululemon pieces from head to toe.

Sports bras:

  1. Energy Bra… best bra ever. There’s a regular version, a longline version and a high neck, longline version.

  2. Free to Be Bra… more for yoga or non-impact, but I wear it for running too!

  3. Wunder Train Longline Bra… great for the gym, I often wear this one on its own as a shirt

Shirts:

  1. Align Tank… I know this top isn’t supposed to be for running, but it’s so comfy! And I’m not the only one- when I cheered on runners in the Chicago marathon I saw the Align Tank everywhere!

  2. Swifty Tech Long Sleeve… a classic! I like the “race length” version but there’s a longer one too.

  3. Rulu Ribbed Cropped Half Zip… so cute, so soft, and the ribbed look gives it that extra umph!

Shorts:

  1. Hotty Hot Short… They have these in a few different lengths. I prefer the 2.5” myself because I’m sassy like that (and I hate when the shorts pull on my quads when I’m running)!

  2. Fast and Free Shorts… If you love split shorts, look no further. These are perfection!

  3. Wunder Train HR Shorts with Pockets… If you like tight shorts these are great. If you like pockets the drop in ones are awesome. There’s different lengths of these too. I usually use the 6” ones.

  4. Align Shorts… the same buttery soft fabric you love from the tights. I do yoga in these but I also run in them! There are lots of length options to choose from.

Tights

  1. Any of the Align pants!… The OG. Why mess with perfection? Meant more for non-impact activities (grocery shopping counts!) I wear these constantly. The flared ones are fun!

  2. Fast and Free High Rise Tight… Best running tights. Drop pockets on the side, Nulux fabric, comes in different inseams. If you need pockets when running, these are for you. They have that seamless thing at the ankle where it just disappears… magic.

  3. Wunder Train Leggings… I wear these for running too. They are gonna hold you a bit tighter, good contour and muscle support.

Jackets

  1. Down For It All Jacket… this is the perfect in-between jacket. You can absolutely run in this jacket in the winter, or wear it to walk the dog in the spring/fall. It’s literally down for it all!

  2. Fast and Free Windbreaker… for a blustery day with some spitting rain. This jacket is super light and a little stretchy.

  3. Packable Running Jacket… this thing is so dang lightweight idk how they do it. It packs up into a little pouch that you can throw in your bag.

  4. Wunder Puff Cropped Vest… cutest vest you’ll ever own. The Wunder Puff Coat is insane.

Hoodies and Sweatshirts

  1. Scuba Hoodie… A post-sweat dream. As soon as I get done running I take off my sweaty sports bra and slip into either this hoodie or…

  2. Anything made from SOFTSTREME fabric… the name speaks for itself and you’ll have to feel it to believe it but then you still might not believe it. It’s that soft.

Joggers

  1. Align Joggers… When I first tried these joggers on I was shook. They’re not like any other joggers you’ve tried before. Align fabric has never disappointed, but it’s outdone itself with these. They always sell out quick so I’m sorry if they’re out of stock!

  2. Scuba Midrise Oversize Jogger… Obsessed with this roomier fit for a thicker sweatpant. A post-sweat, cotton jogger for a chillier day.

  3. Dance Studio Cargo Jogger… cargo is back! These are unbelievable light and airy and make me feel like I’m about to bust out some breakdance moves!

Socks

  1. Power Stride Crew Sock… First of all, lululemon makes the best socks. I have never ever put a hole in any of their socks. Some I’ve had for over a year now- still no holes! It’s sorcery.

  2. Macropillow Tab Running Socks… If you want a low cut sock that will barely show on top of the shoe but also won’t be too low so that they fall down or give you blisters.

Shoes

  1. Blissfeel running shoe… finally a shoe made for women, based off of women’s feet. These are the perfect everyday running shoe. A total mileage queen!

  2. Chargefeel… a hybrid between a running shoe and a training shoe, so it actually can do both! The perfect shoe for a class like Orange Theory, Barry’s Bootcamp, etc. There is a mid and low option for two different silhouettes.

  3. Restfeel… the pre- and post-sweat slide that is meant to feel like “align pants for your feet.” Need I say more? Better get a pair before they’re completely gone!

  4. Cityverse Sneaker… lululemon’s first casual shoe and they nailed it. I love how simple, clean, and crisp this shoe is. It goes with literally everything and has great cushion so that I can walk around in it all day and still feel comfortable. My go-to shoe for travel and “dress up” as well as everyday walking around.

Accessories

  1. Baller Hat… not a running hat (that would be the Fast and Free Running Hat), but I love the fabric and fit of this hat and just think it’s so cute for casual wear!

  2. 2-in-1 Travel Duffel Backpack… an absolute travel essential! It’s a duffel bag AND a backpack. This bag was expertly designed and is comfy as a backpack but opens on the side so you can access your stuff so easily.

  3. Everywhere Belt Bag… if you don’t know about this bag, are you from another planet??? Get one.

  4. Canvas Tote Bag 20L… this is my farmers market bag. I love how sturdy it is and the pockets are awesome on the sides.

Casual Wear Items

  1. Cotton-Blend Poplin Button-Down Shirt… So light and airy, this could be dressed up with jeans or dressed down with biker shorts like these 8” hiking shorts

  2. Light Utilitech High-Rise Cargo Pant… I have these in 3 colors… obsessed. I love how the waist at the front has a button and a clean line, but then it has a stretchy waistband around the back which makes them so comfortable with the perfect waist feel.

  3. Super High-rise Cargo Short… Did I mention cargo is back? I have 2 pairs of these too. I loooove the big pockets. Paired with a bodysuit like…

  4. Wundermost Square Neck Sleeveless Bodysuit… really you can’t go wrong with anything that says “Wundermost". This fabric is insanely smooth and feels like you’re not wearing clothes at all!

  5. Lightweight Oversized Coaches Jacket… The fabric of this jacket is so elite. I love the slouchy, relaxed shape that can be dressed up or down.

  6. Glyde 2-in-1 Adaptable Jacket… I can’t believe this thing is on sale and the price is just insane for what this jacket is. I’ve worn it both long and short (the bottom section comes off) and I LOVE it both ways. It’s literally 2 jackets for not even the normal price of one. Insanely good buy.

  7. All Aligned Ribbed Midi Dress… This dress was already great and then they made it ribbed and it totally got elevated. An absolute dress it up or down item that can be a total staple.

  8. Always Effortless Jacket.. I know this is the third jacket, but there’s just so many good jackets! This one is a staple and I have it in long and short versions. Goes with literally everything.

  9. Align Dress… I have too many of these, but I can’t stop buying them! They have little built in shorts and feel perfect for when I want to be cute and feminine but also sporty and on the go!

  10. All Night Festival Bag… this is my “nice purse” because I can’t stand a bag that requires hands.

WHOOP

WHOOP is unlike any other fitness wearable. First of all, you wear it 24/7 and it even charges while on your body! The charger is a small cover that slides on your WHOOP while it’s on your wrist and charges in 10 min. I charge my WHOOP about every 5-7 days.

What is WHOOP?

WHOOP isn’t a step counter. We are lightyears ahead of that. WHOOP has an algorithm that calculates the strain on your body throughout the day and gives you a “strain score” after any workout you complete and a total “strain score” at the end of the day. It then tracks your sleep all night and gives you a “recovery score” when you wake up in the morning, letting you know how ready your body is to take on more strain the next day.

FAQ: What if I wake up “in the red”? Does that mean I’m guaranteed to have a bad workout or a bad day?
A: Not necessarily! I have had super solid performances on a red or yellow recovery day before. One down day isn’t anything to be overly concerned about, it just means your body is gonna need some extra TLC to get back into the green the next day. However, if you have 2 red days in a row or multiple low yellow days in a row, you should see that as a sign that something is up! Oftentimes this means you are about to get sick (WHOOP has been a great tool to flag for COVID).

FAQ: What is the most beneficial part of WHOOP?

A: For me, its most helpful when I’m trying to “listen to my body.” Everybody always says that, but sometimes it can be really hard to actually put into practice. WHOOP is backed by data and science so if I’m feeling rundown and WHOOP confirms that my metrics (HRV, resting HR, etc) are off, that gives me the permission I need to take the rest my body is asking for. As an athlete I’m always trying to push the limits, but WHOOP helps me take some of the guesswork out of where those limits are.

FAQ: Can WHOOP help you track your period?

A: YES! I love this feature- it’s called “menstrual coach.” I’m a huge advocate for talking about periods, being open about our experiences as athletes around our periods, and supporting more research about the menstrual cycle. Opting in to this feature on WHOOP means telling the app when you’re on your period via the daily journal. Once WHOOP gets to know your cycle it will be able to tell you what phase you are in every day and give you tips on how your body might be changing based on your hormone levels and what you can do to support it.

ROKA

ROKA is an independent performance eyewear brand from Austin, Texas. Their frames will take you from run to hike to bike to brunch and everything in between. They are meant to be versatile and are engineered for performance, so don’t be afraid to get them sweaty- they can handle it!

If you’re a triathlete and are looking for the best wetsuit in the game, ROKA is your spot for that too. Their premium wetsuits will help you be more buoyant and streamline in your swim while allowing maximum shoulder mobility with their ARMS UP technology. The engineering that goes into these things in insane. The re-engineered core design works just like a stiff bike: converting watts straight into speed.

Here’s my favorite sunglasses:

MAYFIELD: This rectangular shape (in the pic to the left) is super flattering and feels really chic. AND they still have no slip grip on the nose piece and ear pieces so they won’t slide down or bounce.

MATADOR: These are iconic cycling sunglasses in my mind. The shield silhouette just feels so classic yet modern and sleek. I love the gloss white frame with HC iron mirror lens.

LOLA 2.0: These are a more round frame that feel super cute and playful. My favorite color is the “campfire tortoise”.

SR-1X: This is also a shield frame, but feels much smaller than the Matador. So if that one feels like a bit much for you, give this one a try.
